2. Site visit

  • Review of the current landscape.

  • Discussion of landscape project scope & conceptual ideas.

  • Preliminary Budget ranges provided based off defined scope of work, including design fees.

  • We strongly encourages all decision makers attend this initial meeting.

  • Initial consultation is 1 hour.

1. Request a consult

  • Initial contact to set up a consultation is usually made by the potential client or by a representative through referral.
     

  • The first step is talking to the potential client by phone. (Phone call length is usually fifteen minutes.) We will discuss and collect the client's scope of work, contact information, and site location.
     

  • An onsite consultation will then be scheduled. This site visit consultation usually takes an hour and  provides the opportunity to meet you and discuss landscape ideas to come up with a scope of work along with preliminary budgets.

3. Site analysis and   
   measurements

  • Inventory existing site items to determine what will be used and/or removed.

  • Verify measurements, in addition to the site survey provide by the client.

  • Photograph existing landscape for reference.

  • Notation of sun orientation, wind conditions, and microclimates specific to that site.

  • Conceptual landscape planting plan layout.

  • Conceptual hardscape including pool, spa, fire pit, and summer kitchen layout

  • Proposed Plant & Hardscape Materials List.

  • Power point with photos of plant/tree specimens.

  • Notations of existing plants and trees to remain on site.

  •  Additional layouts including smart lighting & irrigation systems.

  •  Construction & 3D Perspective details (if necessary).

4. Design and master
   plan development

5. Landscape Presentation

  • An onsite (or virtual) presentation of the conceptual landscape plan and power point will be scheduled.
     

  • Once presented, discussions of any changes will be made.
     

  • Client will be provided a list of referral services including landscape installers, contractors, permit services, & landscape maintenance

  • Interface with the client during the installation phase of the project.

  • Plant/Tree material location and quality control from the nursery to site delivery.

  • Outdoor furnishing, planter, and accent selection.

  • This service is hourly and can vary depending on complexity of the scope of work being installed.
